We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team in our Teddies nursery.
If you are highly motivated, flexible, experienced in working in Early Years and you have a genuine interest in working with children, then this is the role for you.

Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education or equivalent.
- Must be passionate and possess a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children attending the setting.
- To have a can-do attitude and be adaptable to the needs of the nursery and company.
- To have a firm and broad understanding of the EYFS Statutory requirements and how to implement these.

- Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures relating to the nursery.
- Take pride in the delivery of exciting and age-appropriate activities.
- To confidently carry out planning, observations and next steps for your key group.
- To ensure mealtimes is a time of pleasant social sharing.
- To fully comply with our Confidentiality policy.
- To fully understand and promote the company’s Ethos and Core Values.
- To be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted.
