We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our Echoes Nursery in Manchester City Centre.

      If you are highly motivated, flexible, experienced in working in Early Years and you have a genuine interest in working with children, then this is the role for you.

      Essential Requirements

      • NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education or equivalent.
      • Must be passionate and possess a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children attending the setting.
      • To have a can-do attitude and be adaptable to the needs of the nursery and company.
      • To have a firm and broad understanding of the EYFS Statutory requirements and how to implement these.

      • Ensuring the Welfare and Learning development requirements of all children are met at all times.

      • Undertake a shared responsibility for the health and safety of the nursery.
      • Ensure all children are clean, loved and happy at all times.
      • Adhere to all Policies and Procedures set out by the company.
      • Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures relating to the nursery.
      • Take pride in the delivery of exciting and age-appropriate activities.
      • To confidently carry out planning, observations and next steps for your key group.
      • To ensure mealtimes is a time of pleasant social sharing.
      • To fully comply with our Confidentiality policy.
      • To fully understand and promote the company’s Ethos and Core Values.
      • To be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted.
      • To use initiative at all times.
